    (Grades 9-12)

Thursday Night Youth is a structured program that runs from October through May for High Students. A typical night would consist of hanging out with each other, staff and leaders. They will also have snacks, but then take time to focus on the Bible and learn more about who Jesus is. They then have small groups to have a chance to ask questions about what they learned during the lesson. They will finish the night off by playing games.

Thursdays 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

  • Friday Sports

    (Grades 8-12)

Youths in Grades 8 to 12 are welcome to come out to play sports in a fun, encouraging environment, at Dunnville Secondary School. This program is open to youths of all skill levels. Volunteers are welcome to come help, teach, build relationships and have fun at this program.

Fridays 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

  • 1:1 Mentorship & Tutoring

    (Grades 1-12)

We believe in the importance of intentional relationships and having good influential mentors in the lives of our students. We encourage males and females to apply to be a mentor. Mentoring would include being in contact with the student weekly, meeting for coffee, lunch or dinner and doing activities with them to build a meaningful relationship with the youth.

We have a retired teacher that was in the school system for over 30 years that has a passion to see the academic needs of students met in our community. We offer tutoring for all grades in multiple subjects. We could always use more tutors to be on call whenever we have youth in need.

  • Support Ministry Roles

    (Across All Programs)

It’s not all about frontline work! In order to reach young people across the community and surrounding areas, we need a great team of people serving behind the scenes in a variety of supporting roles. This could include joining our prayer team, cleaning the Centre after program nights, fixing things around the building, shooting photos of our various programs, baking/cooking, and helping run fundraising or other events throughout the year. Everyone has a place where they can meaningfully impact the youth of Dunnville!

What To Expect.

  • What's the time commitment?

Because relationships of trust take time to build, we look for a minimum one-year commitment for involvement with youth. Summer programs or events can be more short-term.

  • How else can I get involved?

We welcome student placements, interns, and more! We do have opportunities for High School and University students to get hours. We just require that you message the Centre to see if there are any open spots in the semester. Get to know our team through the site and send us an inquiry to learn more.

  • Who can Volunteer?

Due to the nature of our work with youth, we generally prefer volunteers to be 19 or older. For those mentoring youth, volunteers share our faith-based approach to ministry.
